55. The Florida Caverns State Park
The Florida Caverns State Park is situated in the famous Florida Panhandle near Marianna in Jackson County. Part of the official Florida State Parks system, it is the only state park in Florida that has air-filled caves that are open to the public. Here you can take an educational cave tour and can see the flowstones, stalagmites, stalactites, and draperies found beneath the surface.
Not a fan of caves? No worries here. There’s also full hookup camping, hiking trails, places to swim, and more.
