Lombok is one of those less known island locales. It is certainly as naturally attractive as its more well-known sister island, Bali. Here you will find similar stunning natural landscapes and beautiful beaches but without the crowds of typical tourists. Mind you, this place has long been a favorite destination with the hardcore surfer set.
You should also know that this island getaway is also getting a lot of interest from what some travel bloggers refer to as the newer “adventure travelers.”
