12Whistler Train Wreck, Whistler

During the mid 19th century, a fast oncoming train derailed a few vehicles while they were crossing Cheakamus. Since a full-fledged clean-up operation would be too pricey, the railway firm hauled their rail cars in the woods. The site within the woods where these rail cars were hauled is now a bike park and a popular spot for graffiti fans. Be mindful of not trespassing into private property and watch out near the tracks if you manage to trek to this hidden location.
