This lovely lagoon in Puerto Balandra, Puerto Balandra, Baja California Sur is but one highlight of this beautiful coastline that also includes eight beaches and red mountains. The lagoon’s crystal-clear turquoise water generally hits 30 degrees Celsius. It’s an ideal spot for scuba diving as you can get up close and personal with a variety of colorful fish and corals. Of course, if you aren’t feeling up to anything athletic and just need a little break from the excitement of nearby La Paz, you can just go wading, or kick back on the stunning white sand.
