The National Gallery is United Kingdom’s biggest art gallery with a whopping 6.4 million visitors in 2014. It predominantly houses European artworks spanning from the 13th to early 19th century. The entry-free gallery was established in 1838 on London’s iconic Trafalgar Square. Among other things, visitors can see lots of western art exhibits such as Van Gogh’s Sunflowers.
