12The American Museum of Natural History, New York
Located in swish Manhattan, this museum has hosted nearly 5 million visitors. It comprises a labyrinth of 27 closely linked structures and is one of the world’s most spacious museums. With over 40 exhibition halls (permanent exhibits), this one’s interestingly varied with halls such as the Hall of Ocean Life, The Natural History Museum, Hayden Planetarium and much more. If you’re into pre-historic life fossils and fancy all things dinosaur, don’t look beyond the T-rex created out of genuine fossils.
