The appropriately named Bioluminescent Bay in the Caribbean off famous Grand Cayman Island.  The nightly blue-glow is like nature’s disco light show.  It’s the product of a specific chemical reaction in the marine plankton and takes place when the water there is agitated.  Rent a kayak at Rum Point and get ready to watch your oars light your way.  Two-hour tours will cost you $86,00.
