11. Rome, Italy
Rome is known worldwide as one of the most beautiful, and oldest cities on the planet. See the famous Colosseum which was erected in 80 A.D. and still stands er almost 2,000 years later. Other highlights include the Roman Forum, the Trevi Fountain, the famous Vatican City, and the spectacular Sistine Chapel too.
12. Antarctica
Taking a trip to Antarctica may not be as easy as traveling elsewhere. Still, it’s worth the effort. Take in the view of Orne Harbor, hundreds of penguins, and icebergs with peaks more than 300 feet above sea level. You may also spot minke and humpback whales, cormorants, seals, albatross, and other local wildlife.
