14Chengyang Bridge, China

The Chengyang Bridge is carefully veiled under lush emerald rice fields and a rugged mountain landscape. This imposing looking structure is built across the Linxi River in China’s Guangxi province. One of the most baffling features of the bridge is that no nail was utilized while building it. It is made using sheer ingenious architectural principles by native Dong tribe. The bridge looks strikingly elegant with five pagodas on top of it, each with its own pavilion and porch.
