Poland

Poland includes 14 UNESCO World Heritage sites such as the primeval Bialowieza Forest, Warsaw’s Old Town (reconstructed after being destroyed in World War II), and the historic stone walled medieval town of Torun. There’s also the popular Wieliczka Salt Mine. Once a normal working mine it was later carved into an elaborate underground city which even includes chapels. Admission is just under $20 for non-Polish adults.
