This historic resort actually has a well-known four-legged resident golden retriever named Cooper who even has his own Instagram account. He is a canine ambassador who makes everyone’s stay better. Cooper even hosts a friendly weekly meet-and-greet on Fridays. Two-legged guests are even given a free glass of wine.

This hotel provides guests with information on a local guide of pet-friendly places in the area. Their $50.00 charge also covers pet bowls as well as a bed. Guests also get a swag bag that reportedly has “a Kentucky-inspired” squeaky toy that looks like a bottle of bourbon, a bowtie, and numerous treats.
