23. Mount Fuji, Japan
There’s a lot to see in Japan. Nevertheless, veteran visitors agree that cherry blossoms aside, one of the most classic, iconic views is the picture-perfect peak of massive Mount Fuji. Its snow-capped top seems nearly symmetrical. While in Fujiyoshida, go to the Chureito Pagoda to see the famous peak.
24. The Taj Mahal, India
The magnificent Taj Mahal is situated on the Yamuna River’s south bank in Agra. One of the Seven Wonders of the World, this amazing white marble mausoleum for an emperor’s wife was erected between 1632 and 1648. Surrounded by manicured gardens and a reflecting pool, it features ornate carvings, minarets, and ivory domes.
