The capital of Denmark may be the center of entertainment and culture but it’s especially enchanting in the Fall. Tourist season is drawing to a close and the lines at attractions are the shortest ever. Even if there’s a little rain, there’s plenty of activities to fill your travel itinerary.

After exploring the canals and seeing the Little Mermaid, you can also celebrate Halloween at the famous Tivoli Gardens, explore the Open Air Museum which is only open three times each year including the all of September, the first three weeks of October and November 30 through December 2. You can also hit the Esrum Abbey which has cultural events throughout the season.
