If you are concerned about child safety but still have to travel, then stay somewhere that provides childproofing amenities. At least then you won’t have to stress over hard edges, electrical sockets, hard edges, and other potential in-room dangers. One of the reportedly “best hotel chains for families”, provides toilet latches, electric outlet covers, and additional safety gear to parents traveling with children. Night lights are also available so everyone can see better at night and to comfort kids still afraid of the dark.
