New York City is a cosmopolitan metropolis that pulls out all the stops when temperatures drop, and the snow begins to fall. Marvel at the sight of the Empire State Building lit for the holidays. See the snow-covered city from high atop the famous building too.
Visit Rockefeller Center and see the famous Rockefeller Center Christmas tree. You can even ice skate there (although it’s often crowded and costly.)! Veteran visitors suggest the Standard Rink or the Sky Rink as exceptional alternatives for ice skating. Stop at Radio City Music Hall and take in the annual Radio City Christmas Spectacular and watch the Rockettes literally kick up their heels as well.
