You forgot El Chepe in Chijuajua Mexico. 1950s train cars and a terrific club car. Does more than 20 switchbacks to get to the bottom of the mountains then back up. Ends in Mazatlan Mexico.

They changed the schedule so you’ll hit Minneapolis, Spokane, and even Glacier National Park in the dark. And post-Covid, only sleeper customers have access to the dining car and their menu; 80% of the train traveling in coach get snack-bar items for the entire trip.

As to the trains, I would simply suggest searching for their individual websites on your favorite search engine.
