Also known as the Love Nest, the Swallow’s Nest is a characteristic castle situated on the edge of the shining Crimean Sea in the spa town of Gaspra. It remains an intriguing remainder of the Russian Empire. It is arguably one of the most perplexing places for such an attractive castle. Erected in 1911, this castle has survived an earthquake and stood a silent witness to a lot of local history. Today, travelers can not only tour it but also dine there at a noteworthy Italian restaurant.
