This charming village is one of California’s best places for a romantic getaway. Carmel offers couples striking, scenic coastlines and secluded, isolated beaches. Once a true artists’ colony, it is now a romantic refuge for couples in search of a relaxing, little beach escape. Have a glass of wine and some cheese on Carmel Beach and see the striking sunset, dine at an award-winning restaurant than spend the night in one of the intimate inns.
12. Park City, Utah
Surrounded by snow-capped mountains, Park City is roughly half an hour out of Salt Lake City. More adventurous couples might enjoy such adventurous activities as bobsledding, skiing, snowboarding, and snowmobiling at the popular Olympic Park. After your adventures in the crisp air, visit one of the spas here, relax and recuperate in a hot tub and then cuddle by the fireplace.
