Begin your visit with a romantic moment by the city’s most famous landmark the great Golden Gate Bridge. Picnic under the bridge on Chrissy Field, take a cruise on the bay, visit Treasure island, or go hiking in lovely Lands End State Park. Later, partake of a romantic dinner atop the Top of the Mark restaurant. Other highlights here include the beautiful Palace of Fine Arts, the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art.
14. Lake Tahoe, California, and Nevada
Veteran visitors sometimes refer to this place as a year-round “honeymooners’ paradise.” It is located in the stunning Sierra Nevada Mountains on the border of California and Nevada. This place is popular with tourists and famous for both beautiful beaches and ski resorts.
