Minsk
Last but certainly not least, is the popular Belarusian capital of Minsk. Minsk offers a unique European experience. The traditional Soviet-era lifestyle and culture are more obvious here than in Russia. Simultaneously, it’s becoming more “cosmopolitan” in that one can discover a sushi bar in the midst of the traditional Stalinist architecture.
