Guangzhou, China

Also known as Canton, over 9 million tourists stopped here less than 75 miles from Hong Kong. Foodies should note Guangzhou is famous for Cantonese Cuisine, which is reportedly one of the eight most well-known of the country’s cuisines. Travelers should see the Canton Tower, Chimelong Paradise, Temple of the Six Banyan Trees, Shipai Village and the South China Botanical Gardens too.
