Taipei, Taiwan

The capital of Taiwan (a.k.a. The Republic of China), had an estimated 9,783,300 guests in 2018. Officially known as Taipei City, it’s situated on the northern tip of the island and bordered by the Tamsui and Xindian Rivers. Suggested stops include the National Palace Museum, the Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall, the Shilin Night Market, Snake Alley, and the Taipei Zoo.

Antalya, Turkey

Approximately 11 million people traveled to the capital of the Antalya Province last year. It’s also the nation’s largest international sea resort. Noteworthy sites include such historic monuments as Hıdırlık Tower, the Clock Tower, the City Walls, the beautiful Düden Waterfalls, and the educational Antalya Aquarium and Antalya Museum. Make sure to hop a ride on the Olympos Aerial Tram too!
