Nicaragua
With active volcanoes, endless coastline, loads of adventure activities and an enviable indigenous wildlife, Nicaragua has plenty going for it. It is almost Central America’s hottest destination given the range of activities it features. November is warm, balmy, dry, and you may also witness the olive ridley turtles if you get lucky. It can’t get any better than this, can it?
