Build towards the fag end of the Bulgarian communist regime, the UFO like structure has captivated the imagination of explorers since long. What was built with the intention of the headquarters of Communists (with walls full of Marx posters) is today an abandoned structure that isn’t open to tourists. However, this doesn’t stop sneaky visitors from going in and taking in views of this ethereal looking dome.
