4Six Flags, New Orleans
Surprised to see a six flags on this list? Well not if you race your mind back to hurricane Katrina and the havoc it raged in New Orleans. Six Flags was completely flooded, and the water stagnated for many weeks. Today, the once buzzing theme park, is nothing but a brightly colored pile of destroyed roller coasters, queue stands and life size cut outs. Heart wrenching to see an attraction as lovely as this ravaged by a natural disaster.
