It may seem near impossible to find a subway stop in NYC that is adorned with vaulted ceilings and ornate chandeliers. However, commuters weren’t very impressed with the ostentatious décor and were more focused on speed and convenience, which is why they opted for Brooklyn Bridge subway stop, thus leaving this beautiful place pitifully abandoned.
