Korean Air. They’ve covered the nightmare of almost every long haul economy class flying passenger. Wide seats with 33-34 pitch inches on a majority of its long haul carriers. Little wonder then that its become the preferred choice of Asia Pacific economy travelers.
The list has several Asia Pacific bigwigs but not a single name from the Americas. This indicates a gradual shift in the aviation world towards a region that has caught the attention of travelers. The tourism market in Asia Pacific is projected to grow even further in coming years. Carriers which made it to the 2017 list but don’t feature on the 2018 list are EVA (Taiwan based airline), Lufthansa and British Airways.
