Nong Nooch Tropical Botanical Garden Pattaya City, Thailand

This popular 500-acre tourist attraction has the most flowering plants in the country. It has a symmetrical design and includes over 670 native species. Walk amongst the bonsai trees, cacti, ferns, orchids, palms, well-manicured shrubs and more all in separate areas.

There are many things to do here in addition to the scenic walks. You can go boat-paddling, ride an elephant, or go cycling. There are even regular cultural shows, a car museum, an elephant show, and a fishing pond to enjoy as well.

These gardens are separated into six separate sections. The upper level features a sun garden, the following terrace has a water garden, the next terrace includes an ornamental garden and the lower one contains an herb garden. The Sun garden is ensconced in lime trees and has meadow plants. In the center of this terrace is a sun-shaped ornamental pond.

There are a number of lawned areas and fountains in the water garden complete with an ornamental pond. The herb garden features numerous aromatic medicinal plants. The garden is circular in shape. It represents eternity.
