Speaking of spectacular coastlines, this 17-mile long stretch is located on Kauai’s North Shore. It is perhaps most known for its beautiful beaches, lush valleys, wild waterfalls, and exceptional emerald-hued cliffs with razor-sharp ridges. The area hasn’t changed much since Hawaiian settlements first appeared here.
Here you can hike the popular Kalalau Trail which runs along 11 miles of the coast. If you truly want to appreciate the entire coast, take a helicopter tour. The Napali Coast is said by some to be one of the best places to see in the entire state.
