Ecuador’s extensive archipelago of volcanic isles known as the Galápagos Islands may not move up anyone’s bucket list until they learn about it. It’s one of Ecuador’s best tourist attractions. Largely untouched, nature lovers should know it’s one of the world’s best places to spot wildlife in their natural habitat.
