Santorini, Another destination listed as one of the most beautiful and romantic places on Earth, this island in the Cyclades in the Aegean Sea has also become a popular babymoon destination. Officially known as Thira, its trademark is its bright blue and white hillside homes and churches. Strangely, this Greek isle nearly vanished in 1600 because of a volcanic eruption that actually established Santorini’s current outlines.
